How do I enroll? Enrolling is as simple as entering your account information, assigning a Username, Password, and Personal Security Code, and completing a few security controls. You will then have access to your online account. If you are not currently enrolled or logged into the MyCardInfo system yet, just click on the HOME link at the bottom of the page and you'll be re-directed to the Enroll/Login page. Back to the Top
I forgot my account password or user name, how do I get a new one? In the event you are unable to log into your account online please use the "Forgot Username or Password" option displayed on the Log In page or contact us at 866.570.1238. Back to the Top
How do I make a Payment on my account? The easiest way to make a payment is through the Make A Payment option in MyCardInfo. By entering your checking or savings account information, you can have a payment posted to your account within a few business days. You can also make a payment by stopping into a Relationship Center, contacting us at 866.570.1238, or by mailing a payment to the address provided on your statement. Back to the Top

How do I activate my new card? When you receive your card, please call the number provided on the activation label on the card. How do I get a personal identification number (PIN)? You can choose to PIN your credit card by calling 888.891.2435. If you have pinned your card but do not remember the PIN chosen, you may call 888.891.2435 to re-pin your card. Back to the Top
How do I make a cash advance? You can use a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to make a withdrawal at an ATM or visit a Financial Institution that offers cash advances on the card. Refer to your card agreement for cash advance fees, rates, and limitations. Back to the Top
My card has been lost/stolen, what should I do? Please call the number on the back of your card, which is 866.570.1238, immediately to report your card lost/stolen. Our customer service team will disable the card and prohibit transactions. To better assist us in servicing your account, please let us know where your card was lost/stolen and the last authorized transaction on the card. Back to the Top
How can I get my credit limit increased? Maintaining a high credit score will earn you a higher line of credit. In the event you would like a credit limit increase, please select the "Limit Increase" option under the "Account Services" tab or call the number on the back of your card to apply for a credit limit increase. What is APR and how do I find my APR information? APR is annual percentage rate, this is the amount of interest that is billed to your account for the convenience of carrying a balance. Please review your card agreement and welcome letter for complete APR details. You may also view your current APR on the Account Overview page once you have logged into MyCardInfo. Back to the Top
What is a credit line? A line of credit allows you to borrow money for times when you need it. You may view your credit line and the remaining balance available for purchases and cash advances on the Account Overview page once you have logged into MyCardInfo. Back to the Top
What is a minimum monthly payment? This amount is the monthly minimum you must pay to keep your account in good standing. This minimum amount is clearly stated on each statement. I have a dispute on my credit card statement, what do I do? If you do not recognize a charge or feel you were billed an incorrect amount, please follow these three steps:
- Double-check your receipts and check with other authorized users of your card.
- Contact the merchant where the purchase originated.
- If you are unable to resolve your dispute with the merchant, please proceed with filing out a dispute in MyCardInfo by selecting "Dispute Transactions" under the "Account Services" tab.

What rewards do you offer? A cardholder will earn 1% cashback for every transaction they complete with their Platinum Rewards credit card. There is no limit on the amount of cashback a member can earn, and rewards do not expire. Back to the Top
How do I redeem my rewards? The minimum redemption amount is $25. Your rewards never expire, and there is no cost to redeem your rewards. To redeem, click the "Browse Rewards" option displayed under the rewards balance on the right hand side of the MyCardInfo home screen. Rewards can be redeemed as a statement credit, a deposit into your Northern checking account, or as a charity donation. Back to the Top
